Chased Off County Owned Property

So today this Homeless Guy gets talked-to about parking in the lot of the abandoned bank building across the street from the library, told he's gonna get a $45 dollar ticket unless he moves right then. Added that he's been told twice which is baseless and untrue. She said she got an email saying differently, and he needed to leave no matter the case.

The county just bought this abandoned bank property, that's been sitting for over 4 years now, right Infront of the public library, and yet they still don't know what they are going to do with it yet, they bought it for $1.5 MILLION Dollars, much more than it was even worth, and had been for sale for??? Ya, strange I know but they have they're reasons - they kept kept a convenience store from going in there!!! Something that would or could have helped the community. They had to bid higher all of a sudden so this developed company couldn't get it,  now it's worth to much, see? Why is the money coming from? The county got a lot to help people like this Homeless Guy, but they have not given me even a cent of it yet, NOT EVEN A YEARLY PARKING PASS???

I looked online and found their spending proposalls of what to do with different chunks of funding they're getting from the feds. It's sickening to me! And not one dollar of any of it is going in any sort of auditing or spending tracking recording "work"!!! They out right claim they voted it's unessisary. I think that's unbelievable. Millions of dollars flowing through people's hands and they're not going to monitor any of it!
ADRC, another joke, and YOU, ya, you, the one who talked to Paul from Newcap about me... Ya, you, who works at ADRC, if you know something and want to help me id suggest you do it real soon, advocate for me like it says you people do. I'd stopped going there  because yous told me to, told me there's nothing more you can do for me. You could have advocated and got me set up with an emotional support animal dependent person and got me a place to live, even temporary housing, and even helped me get my workers comp reopened and payments coming in, plus medical needs transferred to workers comp insurance so I could ACTUALLY get something done. And actually be treated like a HUMAN, and NOT an animal, the way people treat HOMELESS GUYS!

THIS IS HOW I FEEL TODAY!!!

THIS IS JUST A START  I want you to know my mind is shot...... I have a TBI and I can't control it and the headaches are too much for me to handle, and I can't get any assistance in this state I live in the government been nothing but ASSHOLES to me, and I should have been a millionaire by now with the injuries I have, from work place incident from 5 years ago when I had that concussion. But I can't get a God damn dime from them or my gov and I can't work anymore so they take away even more benefits. It's been so cold here all week and I'm living in the truck with my 2 cats ( were my emotional support animals but I can't keep them, I almost hurt them today) and because I won't part with my cats they refuse to let me stay at ANY of the homeless shelters in town. I'm too much of a liability!!!

Last week I experienced something horrifying and made me panic. It was a situation where my best friend was in trouble and I couldn't do anything to help him. I felt so helpless and useless to... my buddy was in the freezing cold river, hanging on to the side of a pier wall, below and back under me, as I layed on my stomach trying to reach him. The design of the new pier the city is putting in is so unsafe and retarded! It now sticks out, way over the original shore wall, making it impossible to drop a lifeline down to my scared freezing screaming cat! If it was a human it could be the same story, he just couldn't reach it without letting go of the brace on the old wall. I'm still so shook up about it.
