Last week I experienced something horrifying and made me panic. It was a situation where my best friend was in trouble and I couldn't do anything to help him. I felt so helpless and useless to... my buddy was in the freezing cold river, hanging on to the side of a pier wall, below and back under me, as I layed on my stomach trying to reach him. Ya, it's like one of the hardest things ive ever had to do, is finally to break down and ask for help.
